President Volodymyr Zelenskyi reacted to Kremlin leader Putin's statement about the alleged "Ukrainian footprint" in the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall near Moscow.

• The European Union has condemned repeated Russian attacks on the civilian population and energy infrastructure of Ukraine.
• The Russians are testing updated types of missiles on the Ukrainians. This is how the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ilya Yevlash commented on the latest missile strikes by the enemy.
• Ihor Yukhnovskyi, the first Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, theoretical physicist, People's Deputy of four convocations and co-founder of the Institute of National Remembrance, died at the age of 98.
