NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called on the world to prepare for a long-term war between Russia and Ukraine. He said this in an interview with the publication of the German media group Funke. The NATO Secretary General added that after the end of the war, Ukraine will have to receive security guarantees so that Russian aggression against it does not repeat itself. He says that the peace agreement should not serve as a respite for Russia, so that it will then attack Ukraine again.
The return of electronic declaration in Ukraine as a prerequisite for its movement to the EU was indeed a matter of principle for some time, but the timing of the opening of registers was not its key point.
