Every law issued by the government must have implementing regulations. The problem is what happens if there is a lack of synchronization between existing laws and their implementing regulations? Where should the public complain?


In relation to his study, Suprayitno SH conducted a juridical analysis study of villages in relation to the implementation of management and use of village land assets. He explained to SBS Indonesian that there are conflicting articles that disadvantage the village people.
