In honour of Australia's National Volunteer Week which runs from 20 May to 26 May this year, SBS Hindi recently spoke to Komal Ghai, a 41-year-old pharmaceutical officer from Melbourne who volunteers in the local yoga community. Ghai shares her perspective on the significance of volunteer work and why she believes it’s essential to contribute to the community in Australia.
