GLAAD and ASOS have joined forces to create a gender-neutral clothing line that’s all about promoting solidarity with marginalised communities.

The LGBT+ media organisation and the online retailer have created the ‘Togetherness’ clothing and accessory collection, with all proceeds going to GLAAD.

“The collection is comprised of clothing and accessory pieces featuring the "&" symbol,” according to

“The "&" symbol represents the power of all our voices, together, resisting discrimination and hate. Proudly wearing the ampersand is one way for people to unite in accelerating acceptance.”

GLAAD's 'Together Movement' aims to bring together communities that face discrimination, including women, Muslims, immigrants, and LGBTIQA+ people.
The campaign features 13 Reasons Why actor Tommy Dorfman, as well as models Richie Shazam, Maya Aguayo, Hayley Small, Fifi Vida and Hakeem Nieght.

Dorfman it was “groundbreaking that ASOS are really taking a stand, not only with their casting but also really truly taking a stand  by collaborating with an organisation such as GLAAD whose entire mission is to help marginalised groups across the board.”

“It started specifically for LGBTQ people and now especially concerning the political climate at the moment, the outreach has gone beyond that.”
