*New policy announcements on youth mental health, big corporations, upgrades to public hospital emergency departments and a tax break for small businesses.

*Bill Shorten entered the room to Paul Kelly's 'From Little Things Big Things Grow', just minutes after the man himself played at an anti-Adani rally outside Parliament House in Canberra.

*Mr Shorten then exited the room to the soundtrack of Jimmy Barnes' 'No Second Prize'.
