Already feted for her portrayal of Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton during the election, Kate McKinnon has returned to reprise the role in a Love Actually-themed sketch.
McKinnon appeared on this weekend's Saturday Night Live to parody one of the most famous scenes from the Classic Christmas movie ahead of the electoral college's December 19 vote, which is expected to confirm Donald Trump as the next US president.
The sketch, entitled 'Hillary Actually', featured Clinton on the doorstep of an electoral college voter, played by Cecily Strong, re-enacting the scene in which Andrew Lincoln's Mark uses cue cards to confess his love to Keira Knightley's Juliet.
"I know you're an elector," the first cue card reads.
"And on December 19, you're supposed for vote for Donald Trump. But bish, he cray."
Further cue cards detail Mr Trump's recent gaffes, including refusing security briefings, provoking the Chinese, and a litany of other problems.
Mrs Clinton tells the elector, "you don't have to vote for me" and offers several other options, including Zendaya, Tom Hanks, the Rock, and an actual rock.
The episode, hosted by Casey Affleck, also included a sketch featuring Alec Baldwin as Mr Trump and John Goodman playing Rex Tillerson, the chairman and chief executive of ExxonMobil who was recently announced as the Trump team's pick for secretary of state.
It also included a visit from Russian President Vladimir Putin, who came down the chimney into Mr Trump's office.
