Ron Singh wins WFF Kahma Classic Championship

Melbourne bodybuilder Ron Singh won the Sports Model (Tall) category of Kahma Classic 2017.

Ron Singh is a Melbourne based passionate bodybuilder. He recently won prestigious Kahma Classic bodybuilding championship held at the Encore Events Center, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria.

Ron first came to Australia in 2013 as an international student. He was born and brought up in Hoshiarpur Dist of Punjab in India.

Ron told  that it was his first professional title and he is looking forward to pursue a career in bodybuilding.

“I had six months of training before this competition. I have a passion for bodybuilding and I hope to achieve more in this area,” said Mr Singh.

While speaking about his preparations for the competition, Mr Singh said that he started preparing for the Kahma Classic only a few months ago.

“I had the initial inspiration from my bodybuilder friend Sunny Sandhu and my coach Paul Jaliyan was too kind to provide me the much needed training.”
“Kahma Classic is an annual international competition, which is organised by Kamaldeep Kahma who himself is a champion bodybuilder.”
“I competed in Sports model category. There were four categories in Sports Model - Short, Tall, Junior and over 30 years age group. I was the proud recipient of the first place in the Tall category.”

“I have a Diploma of Modelling from the Australian Academy of Modelling. I was the winner of the 2015 Mr Melbourne title. Then I tried my luck in few Punjabi music videos as a model.” 

“I had a tough life as an international student. But thanks to my family and friends who supported me throughout my Australian journey," said Mr Singh.
