Fewer people are smoking worldwide, but the World Health Organisation (WHO) says only one country in eight is meeting a target to reduce tobacco use significantly by 2025.


The W-H-O says 3 million people die prematurely each year due to tobacco use, which causes cardiovascular disease, including heart attacks and stroke.
