Unicorn food is taking over because we all need a bit of magic right now

Need a little sparkle in your life? 

Last year it was rainbow everything but now the world seems to need a little more magic. And so we have unicorn cakes, unicorn popsicles, unicorn biscuits:
The brief for unicorn food seems to be: lots of sprinkles, heaps of sugar, even more glitter, a whole lot of colour, and of course - a unicorn horn.
Valentine Chandra makes these beautiful glittery cakes in Melbourne, and her has blown up since she started playing with the unicorn theme.
“I think people love it because unicorns are such magical and dreamy creatures,” says Chandra. “They’re not real of course, but that's the fun part!”

“It's a fun design to create, there is no right or wrong because it all based on your imagination.” 

Which is why you can also find unicorn drinks and pancakes:
Thailand even opened its very own late last year, where all the food is rainbow and unicorn themed, and toy unicorns sit with you while you eat.
