Josh chats about parenting Alone-style, feeding creativity with boredom, and his thoughts on this season's remaining participants. Every participant comes into Alone with a plan for how they'll face the experience. But as Gina says, nature very quickly takes our plans, turns them into a paper aeroplane and then sets fire to them!

After recapping episode eight of Alone Australia season 2, Gina and Darren chat with Rick about his calm approach to life and how it was tested by the Aotearoa sandflies, why he kept his shelter minimal, and putting cream on his Weet-Bix to put on some kilos before the show.
